4 th week of 2 nd phase of teaching practice

Monday

Today I reached school by 9:15 a.m. and mark the morning attendance in the attendance register during the second period the staff providers with the free periods today according to the time table I have no classes but I got to free periods during the interval time I make i a trial of the experiments certification during the 6 period I successfully demonstrated the process of centrifugation to class 8 I there showing curiosity and anxiety to see the experiment and The separation techniques of chalk powder and water. For the demonstration of certification method I used the mixture of chalk powder and water the machine recent in the chemistry lab was manual instead of automatic machine I make them understand the difference between automated machine and manual machine. Students where taken to the chemistry lab for the first time and they were introduced with no equipments that are use the in the chemistry lab such as separating funnel etc. During the lunch break we joined in distributing the food all students and also I took sign from my teacher after completing my lesson plan since he was not there in the staff room in the morning I also trial the sublimation method that day after 3:30 p.m. when all the students left the school we left for home.


Tuesday

Today I reached school 9:20 a.m. and marked by morning attendance in the attendance register and go back to the library where seats are allotted to trainees. During the second period the office staff came with the free periods and today I got in 8 k where I made the to study social science I asked them questions about the topic different layers of the earth types of soil how sedimentary rocks are formed difference between metamorphic and igneous rock. Students answer my questions since they know every everything Sangeeta teacher was teaching them social science and she completed one chapter and put the test paper. During the 5th period I have 9 f where I teach them the remaining portion of covalent bond that is single bond double bond and triple bond formed between compounds. I also asked them to write feedback about me in order to understand my defects and fault. During 5th period I also made subi teacher to conduct test paper in 8 I I provide her with the question paper and ask her to conduct the test paper since 5 th and 6th period s in 8 i. After the completion of the 5th period in 9f i go back to 8i to check whether the students are writing the test paper without any confusions and doubts I cleared their doubts and I collected the answer sheets from them. I have no classes during last period and I successfully completed my achievement test.



Wednesday

Today I reached school late by 10 minutes due to some health issues of my baby however how I manage to mark my morning attendance during the interval time I take the key of chemistry lab from corresponding sir ie from unmesh sir and do the sublimation of iodine and successfully red crystallized the iodine in a funnel. Sixthand 7th period I got free in 8i and I distributed their answer sheet distributed the answer sheets and also clear their doubts related the questions . One student only scored 25/25 in the test and I asks them to put the sign of their parents and return the answer sheets to me.During the last period I taught them sublimation through the experiment .I got the recrystallised iodine like attractive fine crystals that glitter in ordinary light .The students were showing much interest in watching the recrystallised iodine.I gave them more and more examples and concluded the topic.I also go to 9 f to see whether any free periods are available since portions are pending there .I could find 6 th period of Friday as free and agreed to take that period for completing portion



Thursday 

Today it was holiday due to karkkidaku vaavu


Friday

Today I reached school by 9:00 a.m. and I was the first person who come to the office and open the library and I want to my morning attendance in the attendance register and today I have 6 and 7 the period in 9F but I got free in 8 I during the second period where I discussed answers of achievement test and clear their doubt  they return the answer sheets after getting sign from their parents. They were taught to balance the equation as many of them made mistakes in balancing.they were also taught to count number of atoms and molecule. During the 6th period class in 9 f where I teach thm them concept of electro negativity scale and methods to determine whether a compound is ionic or covalent. Students wear introduced the value of electronegativity of some elements and calculate the difference in electronegativity during the last period they were made to play some interesting games so that they get some refreshment time.
